Guest list and event interest information
When you join our guest list, email us, or request early access, we may collect the information you choose to send us. This may include your first name, email address, age or age range, the age range you would like to meet, event format preferences, preferred day/time, optional Instagram handle, your reason for being interested in real-life events, and your consent to receive guest-list communications.
We use this information to manage the guest list, respond to enquiries, invite you to suitable events, understand event demand, plan event formats and send event updates or offers where you have agreed to receive them.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to a guest-list email or by emailing office@allingoodcompanyexperiences.co.uk.
We do not need health, medical or gym-frequency information for the first guest-list email. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information unless a later event format genuinely requires it and the Privacy Notice is updated again.
